Conditions for Acceptable Returns

The item must be in its original packaging.All original tags, labels, and accessories must be intact and undamaged.The product must not show signs of use or wear, including the individual units.

Refund/Replacement

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process either a refund or a replacement, as per product availability, Approved refunds would take 7-10 business days to be credited into the beneficiary's account.

Exceptions

Please note that certain products, such as personalized or custom items, are exempt from our standard return policy. These items will be clearly fall under non-returnable category.
